Laura has experience working in Community Mental Health and Addictions for over 17 years and has experience providing trauma-informed support. With a passion for holistic wellness, Laura is a Certified Intuitive Holistic Coach with a background as a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist, Aromatherapist and entrepreneur. Laura believes that having a safe space to feel heard and seen is important during the healing journey.
