A Holistic Coach provides support in all areas of your life. As a coach, I recognize that you are creative, resourceful and whole. Coaching creates opportunities to explore your thoughts and ideas. As an Intuitive Coach, I use my intuition to help guide the questions that need to be asked while encouraging and teaching you how to listen to your inner knowing.

Counselling and therapy are equally as important, where the emphasis can be on exploring the past with a view to healing. Coaching allows space for a client and coach to walk together toward the client’s goals and explore roadblocks. It focuses on where you are at, where you want to be, and how you can get there.
