What is an Intuitive Holistic Coach?

A Holistic Coach provides support in all areas of your life. As a coach, I recognize that you are creative, resourceful and whole. Coaching creates opportunities to explore your thoughts and ideas.

As an Intuitive Coach, I use my intuition to help guide the questions that need to be asked while encouraging and teaching you how to listen to your inner knowing.

What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

Accepted Answer

Counselling and therapy are equally as important, where the emphasis can be on exploring the past with a view to healing.

Coaching allows space for a client and coach to walk together toward the client’s goals and explore roadblocks. It focuses on where you are at, where you want to be, and how you can get there.

What happens during a coaching session?

Accepted Answer

• We will work together to clarify your vision of what you want for your life
 • Through curiosity and questioning we explore what may be holding you back from achieving your vision
 • During this journey you will discover insights, confidence and an  awareness of how to use the skills and self discovery tools that you have learned to continue to put your ideas into action. 
 • You can bring any topic such as career, wellbeing, relationships, finance.

How do I know if coaching is for me?

• Are you feeling stuck? Unsure? Overwhelmed? Anxious?
 • Have an idea but are unsure how to move forward?
 • Are there patterns that you are looking to change?

Coaching is an opportunity to talk about your ideas, visions and dreams through a safe process of exploration where you don’t have to do it alone.

What happens during a Complementary Exploration call?

Have you considered getting a coach? Curious about what a coach does? Are you ready to take the next steps to move forward?

During our Complimentary Exploration Call, we can discuss what is next for you and you can experience a brief example of how life coaching can help you. Please come prepared with a goal or idea and any obstacles that you feel are blocking you.
